Founded as Call Curt Carpet Service by Johnny Paddock in 1987, we changed our name to Preferred Fibre Care in 1997, and then to Preferred Floor Care in 2016.

Preferred Floor Care specializes mainly in residential cleaning, offering high-quality services to homeowners who demand only the best. We clean residential and vehicle carpets, upholstery, area rugs, tile & grout, hardwood floors, mattresses, and more.

Who We Are

Johnny Paddock started the business in 1987, and passed the company on to his daughter, Jessy in late 2011. Johnny still works full-time, in the day-to-day operation of the company. Jessy manages the office, and is usually the first person you will talk to when scheduling an appointment.Casey Wilkes, Jessy's husband, joined us in 2012. Casey takes care of our area rug pickups and deliveries, and runs our 2nd carpet cleaning truck in between. His never-met-a-stranger personality and strong work ethic are an awesome addition to Preferred Floor Care!
